According to Ian Rapoport, Bech is headed straight to injured reserve. The silver lining is that he is expected to return later this season, which is great news for anyone who prefers their bones in one piece but terrible news for a Vegas offense that is rapidly running out of healthy bodies.
Bech had carved out a solid early-season role, logging five catches for 48 yards and a touchdown through the first couple of weeks. That might not sound like prime Jerry Rice, but for a second-year receiver trying to establish himself in a crowded rotation, it was real progress.
Now, his momentum is parked on the sideline for at least four weeks.
