Puka Nacua is Officially Active Against the Raiders Despite Calf Drama

Adam Schefter reported: 'Rams WR Puka Nacua officially is active today vs. the Raiders.'
is officially active for the against the today, ending a weekend of collective panic for fantasy managers and prop bettors everywhere. Adam Schefter dropped the green light just in time for kickoff.
At this point, tracking Nacua’s health requires a medical degree. The guy popped up on the injury report Thursday with a calf strain, completely sat out Friday’s practice, and still managed to talk his way onto the field for a primetime game.
This is just the latest chapter in a season that has been a start-and-stop grind for the star receiver. He already missed a couple of games earlier this year with a groin issue, which explains why his stat line is sitting at a very un-Puka 20 catches for 279 yards and zero touchdowns.
But an active Nacua completely changes the math for this matchup in Vegas. Sportsbooks had to freeze and scramble his receiving props all weekend, and anyone who benched him in fantasy is currently rushing to undo their life choices.
The real question is what version of him we actually get tonight. There is a massive difference between being active on a Sunday and being healthy enough to separate from defensive backs for four quarters.
If he is just out there as a decoy to pull coverage, it is going to be a long night for anyone banking on a breakout game. But if the calf holds up, the Rams get their offensive engine back when they desperately need a spark.
Keep a close eye on his snap count during the first quarter. If he is rotating out after every route, you will know exactly how that calf is feeling.
