Tua has a well-documented history of concussions and a recent back issue, while Penix is coming off a 2025 ACL tear that ruined his season. Betting on this quarterback room to stay healthy for 17 games feels like playing blackjack with a deck of Uno cards, but right now, Penix looks like the better gamble.
