The Nets' Saturday Starting Lineup is a Beautiful, Chaotic Mess

Lineup alert: Nets will start Traore, Wolf, Porter Jr., Randle, Sharpe on Saturday. (@UnderdogNBA)
The Brooklyn Nets are rolling out a starting five on Saturday that looks like it was drafted out of a hat at a local sports bar.
According to Underdog NBA, Brooklyn is officially starting Nolan Traore, Danny Wolf, Michael Porter Jr., Julius Randle, and Day'Ron Sharpe.
This is the kind of lineup that makes you double-check your app to make sure you didn't accidentally filter by a G-League affiliate. Figuring out the usage rate between Randle and Porter Jr. is already a geometry problem, and throwing Traore and Wolf into the mix turns the whole thing into a beautiful, chaotic mess for anyone trying to handicap the prop market.
To be fair, Traore has actually looked like a real NBA player lately. The guard recently dropped 17 points and four assists in just 24 minutes against the New York Knicks, shooting a ridiculous 5-for-6 from deep. He is stepping into a massive usage vacuum, which is exactly the kind of wild card that swings a weekend slate.
Then you have Danny Wolf sliding into the frontcourt. Wolf recently put up a highly respectable 14 points and five rebounds against the San Antonio Spurs, proving he can at least hold his own when given the green light.
Down low, the veteran duo of Porter Jr. and Randle are basically holding the entire rebounding operation together with duct tape. They are the only things keeping this team from getting completely bullied in the paint while the young guys figure out where to stand.
We will find out exactly how this experiment looks when the ball tips off on Saturday. If this group gets run off the floor, expect Brooklyn to just keep shuffling the deck until something finally clicks.
