is officially listed as probable for Monday’s game after battling an illness, according to Underdog NBA.
Honestly, nobody would have blamed the Charlotte center if he needed a few extra days in bed. When your team is coming off a 128-81 absolute dismantling at the hands of the , a lingering cough sounds like a perfectly valid excuse to skip the film session.
Even in that 47-point bloodbath on Friday, Reid was one of the few guys who actually showed up to work. He logged 17 points, six rebounds, and a couple of assists in just 25 minutes of floor time while the rest of the roster looked like they were already on the team plane.
For fantasy managers and prop bettors, a probable tag usually means you can safely fire him up in your lineups. Reid has been a reliable offensive engine, and Charlotte desperately needs his scoring punch right now to keep games remotely competitive.
Expect him to be out there on Monday night, barring a sudden pregame setback. The need all the healthy bodies they can get to wash the taste of that Atlanta game out of their mouths.
